Remy Traasdahl combines substantial sales experience with formal culinary training and experience as a Head Chef in Tromsø. His expertise in food, quality standards, and hospitality ensures that both the products and the overall experience maintain a high standard rooted in authentic Arctic identity.
Mikael Jensen
